As Patch 6.1 been successfully launched last month, the next mini expansion patch 6.1.2 has been put into practice nearly in the meanwhile. A dramatic breakthrough in test edition of the next mini patch is the Wow Token System which catches players and publicity’s eyes the most.

Here is a brief guide of how this system works?

  1. Trading should base on the principle of “FIFO”.

  2. Blizzard will control exchange price.

  3. Exchange price is fixed within a day but may float and vary in different day and in different server.

Till now most of feedbacks to this issue are positive, and obviously there are two main perspectives. The first one is that game will become more fair and convenient for players, and the second, the new Wow Token System will save players’ money for paying subscription every month.

On the other hand, few queries about this new system are raised too.

(it's a test page not the real exchange rate)

As a reliable wow gold seller who has found over 8 years long till now, we think that the new Token System will not infect or even will boost off-game wow gold trading market. Can’t deny that it is a good news for players that Game time can be purchased by wow gold in game, but Game time is a fixed expense (subscription costs 14.99USD each month per player) for every player each month, so that demand of it is fixed. However as we know that most of wow players who buy gold off-game actually for building gears of their characters, therefore, the new Token System will not influence off-game gold selling market much in fact. In a word, all of the wow players will get the biggest beneficiaries, so in this respect, what a good news!
