Step 1: Collect All 4 Purified Lesser Evil Consumables

Andariel – Altar of Anguish

Step 3: Enter the Secret Portal & Boss Fight Mechanics

After all four altars are active, a red portal marked with question marks appears.

Inside, players face all four Lesser Evils in paired Uber encounters:

These Uber versions:

Tip: Focus Duriel first in the second phase, as he has lower health. Once Duriel is down, unload everything on Azmodan.
