Diablo 4 Season 11 Secret Portal Guide
Diablo 4 Season 11 introduced one of the most exciting hidden features the game has ever seen — a secret portal that allows players to fight all four Uber Lesser Evils in a single encounter. This endgame challenge is not only mechanically intense but also rewards players with some of the most valuable and exclusive loot of the D4 season 11.
However, unlocking this portal is no easy task. It requires significant grinding, precise knowledge of boss mechanics, and a full understanding of where and how to obtain the required items.
This guide walks you through every step, from farming the purified trophies to activating the altars and claiming the final rewards.
What Is the Secret Portal in Diablo 4 Season 11?
The Secret Portal is a hidden open-world mechanic that becomes available once players collect and offer four Purified Lesser Evil consumables at their respective altars. Once activated, a red portal appears, leading to a unique arena where you fight Uber versions of all four Lesser Evils.
These Uber bosses are stronger, tankier, and far more dangerous than their standard counterparts, making this content best suited for Torment IV endgame players.
Step 1: Collect All 4 Purified Lesser Evil Consumables
To unlock the Secret Portal, you must first obtain one purified item from each Lesser Evil.
Required Purified Items & How to Get Them
| Lesser Evil | Purified Item | How to Obtain |
|---|---|---|
| Belial | Purified Eye of Belial | Defeat Belial in The Pit |
| Azmodan | Purified Tongue of Azmodan | Kill Azmodan in Hawezar (Torment IV) |
| Duriel | Purified Horn of Duriel | Slay Duriel during Helltides (Torment IV) |
| Andariel | Purified Claw of Andariel | Farm Andariel Tributes |
Drop Rate Reality Check
- Drop rates are extremely low
- Some players report 60–70+ Andariel Tribute runs
- This grind often spans dozens of Paragon levels
- There are unconfirmed reports of drops from Bartuc in Infernal Hordes, but no verified proof yet
This step alone represents the majority of the grind.
Step 2: Activate the 4 Lesser Evil Altars (Open World)
Once all four purified items are collected, they must be offered at their corresponding altars in the open world.
Activation order does not matter.

Boss Fight Order

- Duriel + Azmodan
These Uber versions:
- Have significantly more HP
- Deal increased damage
- Are designed for Torment IV

Final Thoughts
The Diablo 4 Season 11 Secret Portal adds something the game has long needed — a hidden, high-effort endgame goal with real rewards. While patience is required, the experience and loot make it one of the most satisfying challenges of the season.
If you’re already deep into Torment IV, this should be at the top of your Season 11 checklist.
