1. Location: Oridys's Rise
Head to the Weeping Peninsula Oridys's Rise. Interact with the statue at the entrance, and then walk around to defeat three wise beasts (Sectral tortoises) :

- The second tortoise is in the grass on the left side of the steps when facing the gate.
- The third tortoise (invisible) is floating above the pool when you come to the pool behind the tower.
After seeking 3 wise beasts, go to the top of the sorcerer tower and open the chest to get one Memory Stone.
2. Location: Converted Tower
Here are two ways to enter the Converted Tower:

- Ride to the broken wall near the tower, where you can jump directly into the tower.

3. Location: Testu's Rise
Head to Liurnia of the Lakes north Testu's Rise. Interact with the statue at the entrance, and then walk around to defeat three wise beasts (Sectral tortoises) :
- The first one is on the rock to the left of the tower.
- The second one is in a tree behind the tower.
- Start from the tower entrance and walk east along the edge of the cliff, looking down. The turtle is just below the cliff.
After seeking 3 wise beasts, go to the top of the sorcerer tower and open the chest to get one Memory Stone.
4. Location: Raya Lucaria Academy
First, come to Liurnia of the Lakes, and find the boss Glintstone Dragon Smarag. Then find the Academy Glintstone Key on a corpse behind Smarag. (You can take the key without hitting the boss). Finally, enter the Academy with the key. You will get one Memory Stone by defeating the boss Red Wolf of Radagon.
5. Location: Seluvis's Rise
Enter the Ranni's Rise, talk to the NPC Ranni, accept her request, and then go to the bottom of the tower and talk to a group of NPCs. After they return home, go to the Seluvi's Rise, and you can get a Memory Stone when you open the treasure chest at the top of the tower.
6. Location: Lenne's Rise
First, come to The Third Church of Marika. Go west along the river to find a portal that leads directly to the Bestial Sanctum of Caelid. Run south until you reach the Lenne's Rise.

7. Location: Hermit Village
Come to the northeast of Hermit Village in Mt. Gelmir. Then defeat the boss Demi-Human Queen Maggie, and you will get one Memory Stone.
8. Location: Roundtable Hold (purchase)
You can purchase one Memory Stone with 3000 Elden Ring Runes from Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold.
