In each quarter of 2021, you can obtain a variation of the new Collectibles in The Elder Scrolls Online. In this guide, Tianlein shows you how to get the Unstable Morpholith Pet and morph it to the Dagonic Quasigriff Mount during the third quarter's events.

New Collectibles

Quarter 1 – Deadlands Scorcher Skin

Quarter 2 – Deadlands Firewalker Personality

Quarter 3 – Dagonic Quasigriff Mount

Quarter 4 – Doomchar Plateau House

There is no way to buy this mount with your ESO gold directly. Instead, you have to take part in the events and earn tickets for it. Before you can obtain the Dagonic Quasigriff Mount, you need to get the Unstable Morpholith Pet. During this year's events, you will find the three needed unique fragments at The Impresario for the Unstable Morpholith Pet, and each fragment is available for five event tickets.

Unstable Morpholith Pet

Deadlands Flint (5 Tickets)

Rune-Etched Striker (5 Tickets)

Smoldering Bloodgrass Tinder (5 Tickets)

After you collected the Deadlands Flint, Rune-Etched Striker, and Smoldering Bloodgrass Tinder, you have to combine these three parts to summon the Unstable Morpholith Pet:

Go to your Collections -> Unstable Morpholith Pet -> right-click on any of the fragments -> click Combine, then the Unstable Morpholith Pet is added to your Collections.

If you want to morph your Unstable Morpholith Pet to the Dagonic Quasigriff Mount, you need to buy the Upgrade Fragments. Each event of quarter three will add new upgrade fragments to the Impresario's stock, and each upgrade fragment costs ten event tickets.

Upgrade Fragments

Black Iron Bit and Bridle (10 Event Tickets)

Black Iron Stirrups (10 Event Tickets)

Smoke-Wrethed Griffon Feather (10 Event Tickets)

You need 15 event tickets to obtain the Unstable Morpholith Pet and 30 tickets to get all the Mount Upgrade Fragments. That means you need in total 45 tickets to obtain the Dagonic Quasigriff Mount.

3 × Morpholith Fragments = 15 Event Tickets = Unstable Morpholith Pet

3 × Upgrade Fragments = 30 Event Tickets

Unstable Morpholith Pet + Upgrade Fragments = Dagonic Quasigriff Mount

Total number of the required Event Tickets for Dagonic Quasigriff Mount = 45 Event Tickets

After you got the Unstable Morpholith Pet and collected the Black Iron Bit and Bridle, Black Iron Stirrups, and Smoke-Wrethed Griffon Feather, you have to combine the three parts with the Pet to summon the Dagonic Quasigriff Mount:

Go to your Collections -> Dagonic Quasigriff Mount -> right-click on any of the fragments -> click Combine, then the Mount is added to your Collections.

In that process, you will lose the Unstable Morpholith pet, and you have to recollect it. Also, keep in mind that you can only collect the three unique mount fragments during the events of the third quarter of 2021. In the past years, ESO brought back Collectibles during the New Life Festival in December, but it is unknown if that will be the case this year.

Quarter 3 Events 2021

First: Pan-Elsweyr Celebration

For the third quarter, there will be three events. The first event will be the Pan-Elsweyr Celebration. It is not known yet when the event will be on the live server, but it may be active in July. You will obtain Glorious Elsweyr Coffers and Elsewyr Coffers during the event, and in these boxes, you can find unique rewards and collectibles.

You can earn two event tickets per day, per account. You earn one event ticket from the first Northern Elseyr daily quest you complete, and your second ticket is from completing the first Southern Elsweyr Daily quest. Also, during this event, you can collect the first fragment for the Dagonic Quasigriff Mount.

Second: Year One Celebration

The second event will be the Year One Celebration, which combines Orsinium, Craglorn, and the Imperial City Celebration events. You can earn Glorious Year One Coffers and Year One Coffers by completing dailies and activities in all three Zones.

You can get two event tickets per day, per account. You will get one event ticket for completing the first daily repeatable quest in Wrothgar or Craglorn, and you'll get the second event ticket by completing the first repeatable quest in Imperial City or Imperial City Sewers. During this event, you can also collect the second fragment for the Dagonic Quasigriff Mount.

Third: Unknown

There is no information about the third event of the third quarter. Maybe it is the return of past celebration events like the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood Celebration event or other DLCs. Or, there may be a unique Blackwood Celebration like we had in the past for Greymoor, Elsweyr, or Summerset. During this yet-unknown event, you will be able to collect the third and final fragment for the Dagonic Quasigriff Mount.
