In each quarter of 2021, you can obtain a variation of the new Collectibles in The Elder Scrolls Online. During the fourth quarter, you can earn a new Player House – the Doomchar Plateau House. In this guide, Tianlein explains how to obtain the Unstable Morpholith Pet and gain the House.

Unstable Morpholith Pet
In the fourth quarter, you can get a new player house – the Doomchar Plateau. You can't buy this house with TESO gold, but you can earn event tickets to get this house. Before you can obtain the Doomchar Plateau House, you need to get the Unstable Morpholith Pet.
During all the ESO events in 2021, you will find the three needed unique fragments at the Impresario event merchant for the Unstable Morpholith Pet. Each fragment is available for five event tickets at the Impresario.
After you collect the Deadlands Flint fragment, Rune-Etched Striker fragment, and Smoldering Bloodgrass Tinder fragment, you have to combine the three parts to summon the Unstable Morpholith Pet:
Go to your Collections -> Unstable Morpholith Pet -> right-click on any of the fragments -> click Combine, and then the Unstable Morpholith Pet is added to your Collection.

Searing Column (10 event tickets)
Unholy Tablet (10 event tickets)
If you want to morph your Unstable Morpholith Pet to the Doomchar Plateau House, you need to buy the upgrade fragments. Each event of the fourth quarter of 2021 will add new upgrade fragments to the Impresario's stock. Starting with the Molten Key, then the Profane Pedestal, the Scorching Pillar, the Searing Column, and the Unholy Tablet. Each upgrade fragment costs ten event tickets.
You need 15 event tickets to obtain the Unstable Morpholith pet and additional 50 tickets to get all the House upgrade fragments. That means you need in total 65 tickets to obtain the Doomchar Plateau House.
3 × Morpholith Fragments = 15 Event Tickets = Unstable Morpholith Pet
5 × Doomchar Plateau Fragments = 50 Event Tickets
Unstable Morpholith Pet + Upgrade Fragments = Doomchar Plateau House
Doomchar Plateau House = 65 Event Tickets
After you get the Unstable Morpholith Pet and collect the Molten Key, Profane Pedestal, Scorching Pillar, Searing Column, and Unholy Tablet, you have to combine the five house fragments with the Pet to summon the Doomchar Plateau House:
Go to your Collections -> Fragments -> Doomchar Plateau -> right-click on any of the fragments -> click Combine, and then the House is added to your Collection.
In that process, you will lose the Unstable Morpholith pet, and you have to recollect it. ESO does not offer all upgrade fragments immediately. You can find the new fragments during each event at the Impresario.
The Doomchar Plateau House
Doomchar Plateau House Location
The Doomchar Plateau House is located in Malabal Tor, next to the Dra'Bul Wayshrine. After you arrive at the Dra'Bul Wayshrine, go south. Look for a cave and go inside. There you will find a portal, which will send you to the Doomchar Plateau House.
Quarter 4 Events 2021
The Witches Festival (Oct. 21, 10AM EDT - Nov. 2, 10AM EDT). You can enjoy a double XP buff and earn Dremora Plunder Skulls and Plunder Skulls during the event. In these skulls, you can find unique rewards and Collectibles. You can get two event tickets per day, per account, by defeating any boss monster in Tamriel. Also, during the event, you can collect fragments for the Doomchar Plateau House.
The second event may be the Undaunted Celebration (Nov. 18, 10AM EST - Nov. 30, 10AM EST). You can earn Glorious Undaunted Reward Boxes and Undaunted Reward Boxes by defeating the final boss of a Group Dungeon, and you can earn event tickets by defeating the first final group dungeon boss of the day. Also, you can get the next upgrade fragments for the Doomchar Plateau House.
The New Life Festival (Dec. 16, 10AM EST - Jan. 4, 10AM EST ). You can earn unique Collectibles, New Life Festival Boxes, event tickets, and more in this event. You can acquire the final fragments for the Doomchar Plateau House during the New Life Festival.
