How to Make Bells by Selling Turnips in ACNH

By Michel Z2020-05-14

Buying and Selling Turnips is one of the best ways to make bells in Animal Crossing New Horizons. It works like the stock market in real life where you need to buy low and sell high. Youtuber Crossing Channel teaches you how to make a lot of money from them.

Every Sunday, you can meet a character called Daisy Mae, who will sell you these fabled Turnips, and she’ll be selling them for a different price each visit, each island. In this video, she’s selling them for 91 bells, on a friend’s island, she is selling them for less or more. So, what you are going to do is to buy a bunch of Turnips from her and then sell them back to Timmy and Tommy at Nook’s Cranny to make more bells. Once you have Nook’s Cranny, you can check the Turnip prices each day to see how much they are buying them for, and this price will change every day.

If your store doesn’t offer a good price, it will be a good idea to visit a friend’s island via Dodo Airlines, because his store might be offering a much higher sale price.

You need to sell these Turnips before the next Sunday because if you don’t, they will go rotten. So, it’s always a good idea to sell them before they go rotten next Sunday, and when you don’t get any good price on your own island, you visit a friend, and you would get a lot more profit. You can find prices that are upwards of 500 bells. It is an excellent way to make bells, and the more friends you have to support each other, the easier it becomes. You can join Crossing Channel or iDuskk’s discord to find a store that offers a better price.
