The New Life Festival is one of the most popular events in The Elder Scrolls Online. In 2022, the event will begin on December, 15, 2022 and last until January 3, 2023. Taking part in the event rewards you Double XP, along with many other goodies. Most importantly, you don't need an ESO Plus or any DLC to enjoy it.
Start the Event
You can start the event by receiving a free New Life Festival Scroll in Crown Store. You will want to use the scrolls to locate Breda, who can be found at the New Life Tent in Eastmarch, near the Kynesgrove Wayshrine. You can also reach Eastmarch easily via the portals at the Impresario's tents.

Completing Introductory Quest
Completing the introductory quest you gained from Breda rewards a Breda's Bottomless Mead Mug, which is a 2-hour 100% XP buff, and the XP boost will stack with any other XP bonus. If you have done this quest before and still own the mug, you can find it in your Tools section of Collectibles.

Completing Daily Repeatable Quests
During the ESO New Life Festival, each of your characters can complete up to 10 quests daily. Nine of the quests are from Breda, and one is from Petronius Galenus, an NPC who appears at the northern edge of the New Life Tent.
Breda gives the following repeatable quests:
• Castle Charm Challenge (Alcaire Castle in Stormhaven)
• Fish Boon Feast (Hissmir in Shadowfen)
• Lava Foot Stomp (Davon's Watch in Stonefalls)
• Mud Ball Merriment(Skywatch in Auridon)
• Signal Fire Sprint (Bergama in Alik'r Desert)
• Snow Bear Plunge (Windhelm in Eastmarch)

• The Trial of Five-Clawed Guile (Rawl'kha in Reaper's March)

During the event, for the first New Life Festival daily quest you complete, you can receive three event tickets per day, per account. Those Event Tickets can be redeemed for the following goodies at the Impresario:
