ESO's New Life Festival of 2023 will takes place on December 21st and last until January 9th. The event offers an excellent opportunity to earn Event Tickets as well as some items you can sell for gold coins in The Elder Scrolls Online. In this guide, Zurga shows you how to get rewards and tickets, what the reward boxes contain, and what goodies await you in the event stores.

Starting the New Life Festival Event

You can pick up the event quest for free in the Crown Store to participate in the event. Afterward, go to Eastmarch, south of Windhelm, and find a holiday tent. There, you can talk with Breda, who will reward you with a Bottomless Mead Mug. Note that if you have done this quest before and still own the mug, you can find it in your Tools section of Collectibles.

Using the Bottomless Mead Mug grants you a 100% experience boost. The boost works by default, meaning you don't need to refresh the mug every few hours.

Getting Event Tickets and Reward Boxes

Event Tickets

As usual, the first New Life quest you complete each day will award you three Event Tickets, and any completed New Life quests will grant you a New Life Festival Box. All the boxes are green quality. Each day during the event, you can take nine quests from Breda and one from Petronius Galenus, which means you can get ten boxes.

Box Content

Morningstar Frostwear armor style

The New Life Festival Boxes contain furnishings, crafting materials, toys, special recipes, writs, and pages for the new Morningstar Frostwear outfit style. If you've already earned a Morningstar Frostwear page that day, the boxes can offer pages of last year's Evergreen armor style instead.

Holiday Achievements
