MmoGah is zich ervan bewust dat alle handelsmerken en auteursrechten van derden eigendom zijn van hun respectievelijke eigenaren. Houd er rekening mee dat, conform 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), elke verkeerde voorstelling van materiële feiten (onwaarheden) in een schriftelijke kennisgeving automatisch de klagende partij onderwerpt aan aansprakelijkheid voor eventuele schade, kosten en advocatenkosten die door ons worden gemaakt in verband met de schriftelijke kennisgeving en bewering van auteursrechtinbreuk.
