After appearing in two WoW expansions, Naxxramas also appeared in Wrath of the Lich King Classic. Players participated in this raid and acquired several rewards and loot. It features a lot of exciting boss fights in Shadowlands with Kel'Thuzad as one of the main characters of the last patches storyline and boss of Sancrum of Domination.

WLK Naxxramas -1

The Naxxramans raid appeared in Phase 1 of Wrath Classic, in which you get chances to get the unique Tier 7 armor set. The very first introduction of this raid was much more difficult (when all Azeroth heroes went to the Northrend to defeat Lich King). Still, after it appeared in WotLK, the raid shifted to a new continent and became a less challenging raid for the players. However, it's still full of exciting bosses.

Although there were some cosmetic adjustments, the majority of Naxxramas' content remained essentially unchanged. It is recommended to read the latest articles and guides about WotLK to stay updated about the raids and events. Baron Rivendare took the position of Highlord Mograine as one of the Horsemen, new packs of mobs were added, some items were removed from loot tables, and some of the fights were made more straightforward. However, for the most part, this is still the same Naxxramas that you were used to, although with enemies of levels 80–82 and better item-level loot. If you're looking to level up quickly in WotLK Classic, you can purchase safe and fast WotLK Classic boost to reach maximum level effortlessly. This time, the Naxxaramas shouldn't be a surprise because it's one of the longer raids in the game's history and is also not entirely new.

Entering Naxxramas

There's a frequently asked question about Naxxaramas, "How do I get to Naxxramas WotLK," by the players who have never played WotLK. High above the city in Dragonblight's sky, you can see the enormous flying evil stronghold, but there is no sign of how to approach the raid. But the solution is pretty straightforward; all you have to do is head to the center of the lower portion of the pyramid using a flying mount. The entrance to one of the original four Naxxramas quarters is located there.

Get the right gear before taking on the first WotLK raid so you can deal with the tough Naxxramas monsters. As usual, crafting professions, reputation levels (including beneficial chants and other consumables), or heroic dungeons are where you can find pre-raid gear. Most of the time, combining all of these methods will be preferable. You can acquire gear by using WLK Classic gold. Naturally, the gear you choose for your character will depend on your class, specialization, and preferred gameplay style. For example, some of us love daily routines, while others prefer dungeon runs or crafting.

Five Wings of Naxxramas

WLK Naxxramas -3

The Arachnid Quarter

Anub'Rekhan, Grand Widow Faerlina, and Maexxna are the three main bosses of Naxxramas' Arachnid Quarter. It is common practice for most raids to focus on this initiative during a new lockout because it is considered the easier of the three wings.

Anub'Rekhan

One of the simpler fights in Naxxramas is with Anub'Rekhan. Until he casts Locust Swarm, he needs one tank to tank him in situ. He must be kited around the room clockwise from where you entered until he stops casting Locust Swarm. Once he's arrived, DPS can continue. He needs to be kited counterclockwise across the chamber until he starts casting Locust Swarm again. The tank must stay clear of both the raid and the Insect Swarm. Additionally, Anub'Rekhan will call forth Crypt Lords, which an off-tank must pick up and destroy. The Corpse Scarabs that the Crypt Lord will produce after it dies must be eliminated.

Grand Widow Faerlina

Grand Widow Faerlina is the second boss in Naxxramas' Arachnid Quarter. Two tanks are needed for this encounter, as well as attentive DPS. The key tactic for Faerlina is to kill one of the worshippers nearby when she becomes upset to defuse the situation. This boss will be easy to deal with if you can handle it.

Maexxna

The third and last boss in Naxxramas' Arachnid Quarter is called Maexxna. Maexxna's main action is to employ Web Wrap, which sends a random raider to the wall on them every 40 seconds. When they are fixed to the wall, they cannot move, attack, heal, or carry out any other actions. Additionally, they sustain 2925 to 3575 harm every two seconds. The player will restore his ability to move, cast spells, and attack after destroying the cocoon. Every 40 seconds, Maexxna will perform a Web Spray maneuver on the raid.

The Plague Quarter

The Plague Quarter has three bosses, Noth the Plaguebringer, Heigan the Unclean, and Loatheb. This wing is typically completed second, and Heigan the Unclean is usually the only challenging boss because nobody can always be attentive.

Noth the Plaguebringer

The first boss in the Plague Quarter is called Noth, and he is renowned for dropping free treasure. The most crucial task for this boss battle is removing the Curse of the Plaguebringer he places on your team. It will spread to your raid and murder everyone if you don't remove it. In addition to the curse, Noth will periodically call forth Plagued Warriors to assault the raid.

Heigan the Unclean

Heigan is the second boss in Naxxramas' Plague Quarter. The "Heigan Dance'' is a requirement for Heigan's extraordinary encounter, which is why he is so well-known. The critical distinction between it and the Hoola Dance is that the Heigan Dance uses an acid that, if performed incorrectly, can kill you.

Loatheb

The Plague Quarter's last boss is Loatheb in Naxxramas. With the help of his unique Necrotic Aura mechanic, you can heal for three seconds every 20 seconds. Every 30 seconds, Loatheb will additionally summon spores. When the spore is killed, every one in its immediate vicinity will receive a Fungal Creep bonus, boosting their critical strike probability by 50% and forcing them to produce no threats. Tanks do not receive this benefit, making it crucial for DPS classes to obtain it.

The Military Quarter

There are three bosses in Naxxramas' Military Quarter: The Four Horsemen, Gothik the Harvestor, and Instructor Razuvious.

Instructor Razuvious

The Military Quarter's opening boss is Instructor Razuvious. Razuvious must be tanked by two non-retarded players who control the additions. Someone should use the orb to take control of the first Understudy to start the fight. To keep Bone Shield active on their tanks, the tanks must build a solid rotation of taunts.

Gothik the Harvester

The second boss in Naxxramas' Military Quarter is Gothik the Harvester. As a DPS race, Gothik's encounter requires dividing the raid into two at the outset. The raid will be divided in half, with half going to the Living side and the other half to the Undead side. Gothik will only spawn adds on the Live side for the first 4 minutes and 30 seconds of the battle; after you kill an add on the Live side, an add will spawn on the Undead side.

The Four Horsemen

The fourth and final boss of Naxxramas' Military Quarter is The Four Horsemen. The bosses begin on a platform in the middle of the room, making the Four Horsemen encounter special. The four horsemen will all flee to different parts of the room when one of them is challenged. If there isn't a tank prepared to combat them, they'll use an ability that severely harms the raid.

WLK Naxxramas -4

The Construct Quarter

The Construct Quarter in Naxxramas has four bosses, Patchwerk, Grobbulus, Gluth, and Thaddius.

Patchwerk

The first boss in Naxxramas' Construct Quarter is Patchwerk. The only boss in the game where the off-tank is a better tank. The tanks must be able to execute the attack, the DPS must be able to deal with angry targets, and healers must, well, heal! This fight is best known as a gear check! The main tank will need to ensure Patchwerk is secondary on agro and has the second-highest health in the raid so he can take the Hateful Strikes, while the off tank will be in charge of maintaining his aggro.

Grobbulus

Your second boss in Naxxramas' Construct Quarter is Grobbulus. Every 15 seconds, Grobbulus will release a fart cloud onto the floor. To avoid this and fart clouds, the tank will be kiting Grobbulus counterclockwise around the room. Grobbulus will inject a random raider with a mutating injection in addition to the fart cloud he drops.

Gluth

The third boss in Naxxramas' Construct Quarter is named Gluth. Someone in your raid needs to be skilled at kiting for this encounter. Additionally, it requires a minimum of two tanks that can communicate with one another. Once one tank has five stacks of Mortal Wounds, the other tanks will need to taunt each other. Additionally, throughout the raid, someone will need to kite around the zombies that emerge from the grate.

Thaddius

The fourth and final boss of Naxxramas' Construct Quarter is Thaddius. Feugen and Stalagg must be eliminated simultaneously as the battle begins. Additionally, they need to pass away within 5 seconds of one another; else, one will come back to life, and you'll have to start over. Thaddius will become attackable and participate in the raid once both of his additions have been eliminated.

Frostwyrm Lair

Sapphiron

The second-to-last boss in Naxxramas is Sapphiron, who can be found in the Frostwyrm Lair only if the Deathknight, Spider, Plague, and Abomination bosses have all been beaten. The Focusing Iris Key that Sapphiron drops gives the Key to the Malygos encounter in The Eye of Eternity.

Archlich Kel'Thuzad

The Frostwyrm Wing contains the last boss of Naxxramas, Archlich Kel'Thuzad. After his death, he was a master necromancer and served the Lich King without hesitation. He was a skilled necromancer in life. He is the Lich King's subject who is most obedient. Kel'Thuzad drops some pretty fine weapons on both the 10 and 25-man versions and tokens for Tier 7 helmets for all classes.

Quests in Naxxramas

Two one-time yet crucial quests must be finished in Naxxramas in the Wrath of the Lich King Classic expansion:

Essential to the Focusing Iris

Heroic Key to the Focusing Iris

To access the last raid of Phase 1: The Eye of Eternity, you must finish these quests. Thankfully, the Key to the Focusing Iris/Heroic Key to the Focusing Iris is a guaranteed drop after defeating Sapphiron in 10-player or 25-player, as appropriate. Additionally, the "heroic" version of this quest will provide access to both iterations of the Eye of Eternity raid; thus, if you have already completed Naxxramas on at least 25-player, you do not need to (almost) thoroughly complete it on both modes.
