WotLK Phase 4 introduced challenging raids such as Icecrown Citadel, Crusaders' Coliseum, and the Trial of the Grand Crusader. These raids required healers to display exceptional skills, as the bosses dealt significant damage to the raid group. With that in mind, certain healing classes and specs stood out as the most effective choices. At the same time, owning certain WotLK Classic gold will strengthen your weapons so that you can battle with bosses.

Healers play a vital role in ensuring the survival and success of their groups during raids and dungeons. In this guide, we will discuss the top healer rankings for phase 4. The top 5 healing classes are Holy Paladin & Discipline Priest, Restoration Druid & Restoration Shaman, and Holy Priest. Each class brings its own unique strengths and abilities to the table.

S-Tier

Holy Paladin and Discipline Priest

These are the most powerful healers in the raid, with strong single-target healing, damage mitigation, and utility.

Paladins are known for their strong single-target healing and utility spells. They specialize in keeping tanks alive and offer excellent support through blessings and cleansing spells. Their ability to quickly react to critical situations and provide emergency healing makes them invaluable healers during intense encounters. Holy Paladins make the best use of Game IconVal'anyr to boost their healing.

Priests excel in all healing aspects but particularly shine as raid healers, especially Discipline Priests, with their potent shields and damage prevention spells, are highly sought after for their ability to mitigate incoming damage.

A-Tier

Restoration Druid and Restoration Shaman

These are excellent healers with a focus on heal-over-time (HoT) spells and group healing.

Resto Druids bring versatility to healing with their efficiency HoT. They excel at healing multiple targets simultaneously and have strong raid-wide healing abilities. Additionally, their ability to shift into Bear Form provides added survivability, allowing them to take on tanking assignments if needed.

Resto Shamans can use Chain Heal, Riptide, and Healing Rain to heal multiple targets. They have a simple rotation that consists of keeping Earth Shield on the tank, using Riptide on cooldown, and spamming Chain Heal or Lesser Healing Wave, depending on the situation.

They can also provide various buffs and utility to their group, such as Bloodlust/Heroism, Mana Tide Totem, Earthliving Weapon, and Cleanse Spirit.

B-Tier

Holy Priest

This is a decent healer with a versatile toolkit but lacks the throughput and efficiency of the other healers.

Holy Priests can use Val'anyr, Hammer of Ancient Kings to improve their direct heals, but they may struggle with mana issues and overhealing. On the other hand, excel at providing consistent and substantial AoE (area-of-effect) healing, making them valuable assets in large group situations.

While other classes may appear lower ranking, it's important to note that they have other important roles in raids or excel in other aspects of the game, such as PvP or solo content. If you don't want to run these raids, you can buy fast WotLK Classic boost services to avoid running them.

Remember that player skill and coordination with your group are also vital factors in achieving successful outcomes. It's crucial to choose a healing class and spec that aligns with your playstyle and work closely with your tank and DPS counterparts for optimal results.
