Mandatory Uniques

 Tremor Rod

- I’ve thought this build to be played with the Tremor Rod, mainly because with this Staff mines can be detonated twice, this means that we always have active mines on the floor granting extra critical strike chance.

- It also grants +2 to level of socketed spell gems and 60% increased spell damage.

- I should also say that this unique Staff is super cheap.

Recommended Uniques

- Belly of the Beast

- Kaom's Heart

- Machina Mitts

- The Pandemonius

- Atziri's Step

Recommended Flasks

- Divine Life Flask

- Diamond Flask

- Quicksilver Flask

- Atziri's Promise

- The Wise Oak

Recommended Enchantments

Of Reflection

Icicle Mine Damage

- Creates a clone of you that attacks with your weapon. Good for not taking all the damage. - Icicle Mine deals 40% increased damage. - Damage penetrates 10% of enemies’ elemental resistances if you haven’t killed recently.

Constitution Heart of Ice Discipline and Training

- My first option.

- It grants +20 to maximum life and 14% increased maximum life.

- You can also use an offensive option.

- Heart of Ice grants 25% Increased Cold Damage and 6% Cold Penetration.

- A budget Life option, it grants +30 to maximum life and 10% increased maximum Life.

Full Build Attribute Requirements

Strength 111 Dexterity 155 Intelligence 155
- Hard to acquire, look for Str on your rare items. You can also pick the +30 Str nodes on your Passive Tree. - Easy to acquire, you already get 143 with your Passive Tree. - Super easy to acquire, just with your Passive Tree.

- I went a little unorthodox here, I’m using 2 Icicle Mine setups on this build, so I can get the best of both worlds. I mean, a setup fully optimized for single target and another for clear speed. As an extra this build doesn't require gem swaps.

- The setup placed on your staff must be the single target one, so start supporting Icicle Mine with Swift Assembly, Elemental Focus and Trap and Mine Damage.

- Controlled Destruction if 5L.

- Hypothermia if 6L.

- The setup placed on your chest must be the one for clear speed,so start supporting Icicle Mine with Trap and Mine Damage, Minefield and Chain.

- Added Cold Damage if 5L.

- Cold Penetration if 6L.

- If you are not comfortable with Minefield, Swift Assembly also works great.

- Clarity grants a huge amount of extra mana regeneration.

- Skitterbots not only grant 10% more mine damage, but they also chill and shock your enemies.

- Flame Dash is a great movement skill.

- Orb of Storms supported with Culling Strike instant kills enemies with 10% life or lower.

- It will also trigger Arcane Surge for a Spell Damage Buff.

- Remember to keep Arcane Surge at level 6.

- Vaal Grace is a temporary aura that grants a huge amount of chance to dodge attacks and spells. (Use it on bosses)

- Vaal Righteous Fire grants 8 seconds of 39% more spell damage. Great to use during a big fight.

- Righteous Fire is going to kill you. You have to use VAAL Righteous Fire.

- Frostbomb debuff enemies’ cold resistance, use it on bosses.

Tips for Super Easy Level (beginner friendly)

- Start using Stormblast Mine on level 1, change for Icicle Mine on level 12 and the sky is the limit.

- Reaching level 12 keep 2 Icicle mine gems socketed in your gear. For now you’ll only use 1 but this way you can level up both at the same time.

Leveling Setup of Links

- From lvl 1 to 12 use Stormblast Mine.

- At lvl 8 link Added Lightning Damage.

- Reaching level 12 change Stormblast Mine for Icicle Mine.

- Also change Added Lightning Damage for Added Cold Damage.

- If you get one, you can also add Swift Assembly.

- Reaching level 18 add Trap and Mine Damage.

- Also replace Added Cold Damage with Elemental Focus.

- Keep this setup until level 41, when you’ll equip your Tremor Rod.

- Ok, so now you are at level 41 and have your Tremor Rod equipped.

- First of all, equip your Single Target Icicle Mine Setup in it.

- Icicle Mine – Elemental Focus – Swift Assembly – Controlled Destruction.

- Now remember that other Icicle Mine gem that I’ve asked you to keep leveling since level 12? Time to use it for the clear setup. (Socketed in your chest)

- Icicle Mine – Minefield – Chain – Trap and Mine Damage.

- The main single target setup is: Icicle Mine – Swift Assembly – Elemental Focus – Trap and Mine Damage – Controlled Destruction – Hypothermia.

- Remember that this setup must be socketed in your Tremor Rod.

- The main clear speed setup is: Icicle Mine – Trap and Mine Damage – Minefield – Chain – Added Cold Damage – Cold Penetration.

- Remember that this setup must be socketed in your Body armour.

- It's ok if you don’t have 6 linked sockets, it is luxury. You will be fine with 4 or 5 while saving currency to link the last slots.

- But remember, always prioritize your Single Target Setup. I mean, get the 5 or 6L on your Tremor Rod First.

- You can already activate Clarity at level 10, it’ll help a lot with your mana.

- At level 16 don’t forget to activate Skitterbot, these little fellas are extra useful for Trap and Mine builds.
