In PoE 3.24 Necropolis, Rogue Exile Giants is a risky but profitable farming strategy - only 3-5 Chaos Orbs investment for 10-20 Divine Orbs each hour with Scarabs and possible Apothecary drops.
So Rogue Exile Giants can be very profitable if your character or build can handle them. It is also a very cheap but promising setup, so only about 5c is needed to run a single map. The biggest issue is surviving the encounters.
How Strat Works
It's mostly based on Rogue Giants, and Rogue Giants are pretty much accessible with a new Scarab added to this League - Anarchy Scarab of Gigantification. Rogue Exiles in Area have a 30% chance to be replaced with a Rogue Giant. Rogue Giant is like a big and bulky Rogue Exile.
You can get four additional Exiles from the basic Anarchy Scarab and the basic map that cost only two Chaos. You can get three more additional Rogue Exiles, so you have seven Rogue Exiles guaranteed on every map.

Significant Troves
The most important node that enables the whole strategy is Significant Troves. That way, Unique Monsters in your Maps have a 200% increased chance to drop Scarabs. All Rogue Exiles are unique monsters. That way, you will have a lot of Rogue Exiles, you can get a lot of unique monsters, and you can kill them and get your scarabs.
Ruckus
You can also use the Ruckus, which will give you an 8% chance to contain 20 additional Rogue Exiles, which is huge.
Destructive Play
We will use Maven for Destructive Play because every map boss you're encountering is a unique monster. That way, Maven will summon three additional Atlas bosses and one boss that you already have. There will be four bosses, and all of them will drop scarabs as well.

Map Setup
You need to use Anarchy Scarab, Anarchy Scarab of Gigantification. You need to use a map, and I usually aim for 80% Item Quantity. You can use the Anarchy Scarab of Partnership.
It's also Maven, and it should work fine. You don't need anything else, so that's probably the strongest point of that strategy. It is a crazy low investment, and you don't need anything.
Risks
I need to explain why this strategy shouldn't be perfect for everybody. The issue is that Rogue Exiles are strong, especially if you're using the tormented version. So please consider it and look at what your build can do. Whether you can farm it or not, if your build can handle it, I think it's one of the best strategies to farm Scarabs because it can provide a crazy amount of profit for almost no investment, which is pretty cool.
