Wayfarer's Barding

Wayfarer's Barding

The Wayfarer's Barding is a new chocobo barding that was added in FFXIV patch 6.55. It is a reward for completing the final quest of the "Tataru's Grand Endeavor" questline, which is a series of side stories that feature the adventures of Tataru Taru, the receptionist of the Scions of the Seventh Dawn.

The Wayfarer's Barding is a suit of bespoke chocobo armor that was lovingly handcrafted by Tataru herself. It has a golden and white color scheme, and it is decorated with various symbols and motifs that represent Tataru's journey and personality. The barding also has a matching hat and scarf for the chocobo's head and neck.

To unlock it, you need to complete both the main Endwalker campaign and all the previous quests in the "Tataru's Grand Endeavor" questline. The final quest, "Treasured Bonds", can be started by speaking to Delion in Radz-at-Han at X:11.4, Y:11.5. You will also receive Tataru's Bespoke Framer's Kit, which is a housing item that allows you to display a picture of Tataru and her friends on your wall.

The Wayfarer's Barding is a unique and exclusive item that can only be obtained from the "Tataru's Grand Endeavor" questline. It is a way of showing your appreciation and support for Tataru and her efforts to help the Scions and the Warrior of Light.

Tataru's Bespoke Framer's Kit includes four plate elements: base plate, top border, portrait frame, and plate frame.
