Maximum Stamina

Mechanical Acuity (Craftable set in ESO) has a 25-second cooldown. But it is very strong for damage, and you will get a Critical Strike chance from this skill, so you won’t get hit too hard during the cooldown. It also has a decent uptime, giving you a nice window for a big burst combo. Using two axes triggers the Twin Blade and Blunt passive effect (Dual Wield skill line), which increases your Critical Damage done by 6%.

Wretched Vitality adds Magicka and Stamina Recovery for applying a Minor and Major debuff proced by the skill of Pierce Armor.

One-piece Armor of Trainee is slotted for the extra Maximum Health.

Engine Guardian gives infinite sustain, making you Tankier.

Sea-Serpent’s Coil (Mythic item) gives you Major Berserk and Major Courage, increasing your damage done by 10% and Weapon and Spell Damage by 430. Although you will get snared by 40% while at full Health in combat, this item is still very helpful, and there are ways to negate the snare.

Skill Setup

Front Bar

Merciless Resolve allows you to do more damage.

Power Extraction gives you Minor Courage, increasing your Weapon and Spell Damage, and also reduces your enemies’ Weapon and Spell Damage. You will also gain Major Brutality from this skill.

Ambush afflicts your enemies with Minor Vulnerability and grants you Empower and Minor Berserk, increasing your damage done by 10% overall. This skill can work as a gap-closer that gives you extra mobility, removing the snare penalty from Sea-Serpent’s Coil.

Supprise Attack is your spammable.

Shadow Image helps you negate the penalty from Sea-Serpent’s Coil because you can teleport around using this skill. It also inflicts Minor Maim on your enemies, reducing their damage done by 5% for 4 seconds.

Incapacitating Strike (Ultimate) deals great disease damage and causes the enemies to take more damage from your attacks.

Back Bar

Health Offering is your main spammable Heal.

Pierce Armor allows you to proc Wretched Vitality. It also inflicts Minor Breach and Major Breach on your enemies, reducing their Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance by nearly 9K for 15 seconds. Therefore, you should always keep this skill up.

Resolving Vigor is another Healing ability.

Dark Cloak grants a huge amount of Health and reduces your damage taken by 5%. Moreover, when you need a heal, you can teleport with Shadow Image, activate the Dark Cloak and stand still. In this way, you will get 5K Health per second with the effect of Resolving Vigor. If you then activate the Healthy Offering, you will get Health back immediately. Dark Cloak also synergizes well with the Sea-Serpent’s Coil: Since you get snared by the Sea-Serpent’s Coil, you can stand still and proc Dark Cloak to get a bunch of Health.

Race Against Time grants Major Expedition and Minor Force, increasing your Movement Speed and Critical Damage. Although this skill removes all snares, it won’t remove the snare given by Sea Serpent’s Coil. But you can bunny hop to negate the effects of the snare.

Spell Wall (Ultimate) is your defensive Ultimate skill. It blocks all damage and reflects projectiles.

The flexible skill spot for this build is the Shadow Image skill. You can replace it with Camouflaged Hunter and use Tri-Stat potions.
