Fia's Questline
Fia is a Deathbed Companion, and her questline is one of the most complicated ones you'll encounter on your journey in Elden Ring, which will take you all around the Lands Between and lead you to places you wouldn't normally visit. This quest is linked to another one of the game's many endings and is only second to Ranni's quest in terms of complexity. Fia's questline is tightly related to the game's lore and provides insight into the conflicts that shaped The Shattering, just like Ranni's requests were. Dung Eater Quest
One of the shortest side-quest in Elden Ring is the Dung Eater quest. The Dung Eater can be found rather early in the game, but you won't be allowed to begin his quest until you've obtained your first Seedbed Curse and arrived at the Royal Capital.
Although Dung Eater is in Roundtable Hold, you won't be able to enter his room until you reach Altus Plateau. Then, you will have to obtain the Sewer Goal Key. To do so, you must find one of the six Seedbed Curses. After that, go to the Subterranean Shunning Grounds, which is located under Leyndell, and tell him to leave his cell. Omen Set (is an Armor Set obtained after killing Dung Eater. If you wear the complete Set, you can increase the damage of Omen Bairn and Regal Omen Bairn by 20%, or 5% per each piece of this Set)
Sword of Milos (is a Greatsword worn by Dung Eater. You can obtain it after you kill him in the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds. Due to its ability to restore FP, it is a good sword, especially for casters.)
Blessing of Despair (a new secret Ending)
Alexander the Iron Fist
Even the secondary characters in Elden Ring have fascinating backstories, which players may discover through finishing their side quests, and one of them is Iron Fist Alexander. This is a long and complicated side quest, but if you want to complete it entirely, you must also finish the Jar Bairn and Diallos quests. How to start the quest

Blaidd's Quest
Blaidd is one of the first NPCs you will meet in Elden Ring's Mistwood, and his questline is closely related to Ranni's, one of the game's core storylines. On the other hand, once you finish Ranni's quest, Blaidd will be at her Rise, but sadly, he will be your enemy, so you will have to kill him.
How to start Blaidd's quest
