2. We only compensate up to 50% loss of the removed gold, with a maximum compensation amount of 50 dollars. If prices change after your order is placed, the original purchase price of your order will be used as the basis for compensation.
For example:
If you purchased 1000G and all of it is removed, we will resend 500G, since the order value is under 50 USD.
For a 2000G purchase, we will resend less than 1000G, as it exceeds 50 USD.
3. Each customer is eligible for one compensation claim only. If the same customer requests compensation a second time, we will no longer provide compensation for his order(s).
Proof Required for Compensation
To request compensation, you must provide original screenshots as proof of the gold removal for our review. Edited or altered images will not be accepted. Compensation will only be provided after the submitted proof has been successfully verified. Please provide the following:
1. A screenshot of your Battle.net Account Suspended notice, clearly showing your account username.
2. A screenshot of the email sent by Blizzard to your Battle.net account, including the date and time received.
3. A screenshot of MmoGah's Live Chat window in the lower-right corner for identity verification.
