Gems are an important part of character progression in Diablo 4 Season 15, especially once you start pushing into higher Torment difficulties and upgrading endgame gear.

Instead of relying on random drops, there is now a simple dungeon farming method that can provide a steady supply of high-tier gems and Gem Fragments. The route is easy to repeat, does not require special Sigils, and works well for players who want to build up gem materials quickly.

Diablo 4 Season 15 Guide: The Most Overpowered Gem Farm

Why This Gem Farm Is So Good

Previous gem farming methods usually relied on quickly entering a dungeon, rushing the boss, collecting several high-tier gems, and resetting the dungeon.

The Worldstone Keep follows the same idea, but the reward is much better.

Instead of killing one boss, you fight three Ancients. Each Ancient drops its own loot and gives at least two Royal Gems, which means you can get:

● 6 Royal Gems per run

● About 600,000 Gem Fragments after salvaging them

● Additional gear and materials from the three bosses

The fight itself is short, and reaching the Ancients usually takes very little time.

How to Unlock the Worldstone Keep Farm

The farming spot is the Worldstone Keep Capstone Dungeon, located southwest of Kyovashad. You need access to Torment IV before you can enter.

You do not need to clear the full dungeon. For this farm, simply reach the Three Ancients, kill them, collect the loot, and reset.

How to Reach the Three Ancients

Enter Worldstone Keep, and you will spawn inside a large icy cavern.

From there:

1. Follow the outer edge of the main room.

2. Look for a narrow path branching away from the large cavern.

3. Follow that path until you reach a door.

4. Go through the door to enter the outdoor boss arena.

5. Kill the Three Ancients.

The path changes slightly between runs, but it is normally short. Sometimes the narrow passage spawns very close to your starting position, making the run even faster.

You do not need to continue deeper into Worldstone Keep or fight Baal.

What the Three Ancients Drop

There are three bosses in the encounter, and all three can be damaged together with AoE attacks.

Each Ancient drops two Royal Gems, giving you six per run. The drops appear to include one Royal Gem of each color except Diamond.

Salvaging all six gives around 600,000 Gem Fragments per run, since each Royal Gem provides 100,000 fragments.

Grand Gem drops are not confirmed yet. If they can also drop here, the farm becomes even more valuable, since one Grand Gem salvages into around 1 million Gem Fragments.

A strong build can usually finish a run in under one minute. The bosses stay close together, so AoE and burst builds can clear them quickly. The main drawback is that you cannot target a specific gem color.

How to Reset Worldstone Keep

You do not need to finish the dungeon after killing the Ancients.

Once they are dead:

1. Pick up all six Royal Gems and any other useful loot.

2. Open the Emote Wheel and select Leave Dungeon.

3. Once outside, open the map.

4. Use Reset Dungeons from the quest journal.

5. Enter Worldstone Keep again.

6. Rush back to the Three Ancients.

Then simply repeat the process. There are no special Nightmare Dungeon Sigils or other consumables required for each run.

Conclusion

The farming loop is simple:

Enter Worldstone Keep → find the narrow path → kill the Three Ancients → collect the gems → leave → reset → repeat.

With fast clears, this method can build up a large supply of Royal Gems and Gem Fragments for crafting and later upgrades.
