How to Farm Mythic Tribute of Armaments
To farm this Tribute efficiently, you can combine both systems.
First, kill as many World Bosses as possible. Since the item description says the Mythic Tribute of Armaments can be found rarely from World Bosses, every World Boss spawn is worth doing. Try to keep track of spawn timers, join public groups for faster kills, and use a build with good mobility so you can move between activities quickly. If you have multiple characters ready, you can also rotate them when useful, but the most important thing is simply not missing World Boss windows.
Second, optimize your Tree of Whispers War Plan points because the Tribute may also drop from Greater Dungeon Key Caches.
1) For the first War Plan point, choose the node that gives you four Whisper Cache choices instead of three when claiming rewards. This is very important because more reward options mean more chances to see a Dungeon Key Cache, especially a Greater-quality one. 2) For the second War Plan point, choose the node that makes Whisper Caches become either Greater or Junk. This helps because it removes the middle-quality cache results.
