SWTOR 5.3 Class Changes: Madness Sorcerer, Balance Sage, Innovative Ordnance Mercenary and Assault Commando

Up to now, Mmogah (Ranking No.1 swtor gold selling website in google) has introduced Corruption Sorcerer / Seer Consular and Virulence Sniper / Dirty Fighting Gunslinger class changes in the upcoming new Patch 5.3 - Sisters of Carnage (Release Date is 11th July), and this Patch Update will bring lots of class changes, and here another four classes will be introduced.

Note: All changes below are not the final official decision and maybe changed before being released

 

The official said that the changes to Madness / Balance bring it up to its target DPS. Deathmark / Force Suppression were improved to boost the sustained damage that the Discipline can deal, and Devour / Mind’s Eye were improved to give Madness / Balance a survivability boost and damage increase in one fell swoop. The two following parts are the detailed class introductions.

 

Sorcerer

Madness

Changed Deathmark’s periodic damage boost from 10% to 15%

Devour now gives Force Leech a 30% damage bonus (up from 25%) when damaging enemies suffering from Affliction

 

Sage

Balance

Changed Force Suppression’s periodic damage boost from 10% to 15%

Mind's Eye now gives Force Serenity a 30% damage bonus (up from 25%) when damaging targets suffering from Weaken Mind

 

The official adjusted Ordnance Expert / Assault Trooper to reduce the burst damage potential of the discipline, which also lowered its overall DPS. But, the official also reduced the periodic damage of two key abilities because that change alone was not enough to bring the discipline down to its target DPS. All in all, these changes make both the burst damage potential and sustained damage potential for Innovative Ordnance Mercenaries / Assault Specialist Commandos reduced by a fair amount to bring them down to their target DPS. The two following parts are the detailed class introductions.

 

Mercenary Innovative Ordnance

Reduced the critical damage bonus given by Ordnance Expert from 30% to 15%

Reduced the burn damage of Incendiary Missile by 10%

Reduced the bleed damage of Serrated Shot by 12%

 

Commando Assault Specialist

Reduced the critical damage bonus given by Assault Trooper from 30% to 15%

Reduced the burn damage of Incendiary Round by 10%

Reduced the bleed damage of Serrated Bolt by 12%
