Trust in FF11 is a kind of magic that allows players to summon popular NPCs in Vana’ diel to fight with them in the battle. Ark Angels are powerful trusts you can summon to help during the fight. There are five of them - Ark Angel HM, Ark Angel TT, Ark Angel MR, Ark Angels EV, Ark Angel GK.
So how to unlock the Ark Angel trusts in FFXI? Cloudchief’s video will provide us with the ways.

To obtain the Ark Angels, at some point throughout the process to get them, you will need to complete Dawn, which is the final mission of the Chains of Promathia storyline. And you need regular sky access and need to be rank 6 in one of the cities.
To start the process of getting the Ark Angels trust, you need to get all the initial city trusts first by following this chart. One thing to note is that some of these trusts do require having other trusts before you can obtain them.
Windy
Starting NPC: Wetata – Woods – G-10
Kupipi – Heaven’s Tower – Front desk
Nanna Mihgo – Woods – J-3
Apururu – Woods – H-9 Gives Ajido- Marujido
Shantotto – Walls – K-7 Need all these other trusts
Sandy
Starting NPC: Gondebaud – South – L-6
Excenmille – North – D9
Curilla – Chateau – H-7 Gives Trion
Bastok
Starting NPC: Clarion Star – Port – K-7
Naja – Metalworks – J-8
Ayame – Metalworks – K-7
Lucius – Metalworks –J-9 Gives Volker
Iron Eater – Metalworks –J-9 Need other 3 first
Once you have obtained all these trusts, head to the north end of Ru’Lude Gardens and talk to an NPC named “Jamal”. If you obtained all the trusts on the chart, he would give you a key item. Then go ahead and make your way to the past and talk to the campaign NPC that'll warp you out to zones. Go to Batallia Downs in the past and head to Northwest all the way until the gate and talk to this NPC who will give you a scroll that you can go ahead and get any trust.
Learn that trust and get back to Jamal. He should now give you a quest that will appear in your Records of Eminence. Go into your Records of Eminence and flag the quests. At this point, all you need to do is beat that Ark Angel, and you will learn the trust.
You can do the Ark Angels fight on any difficulty. So as long as you're 119, you should have no problems soloing this.
After you do one Ark Angel fight and learn it, you need to come back to Jamal again before he gives you the next Ark Angel quest. Repeating this process can get you all the Ark Angels.
There is one thing to note: every Ark Angel does an AoE attack of some sort, so when you're in a fight, be aware that you can end up getting unwanted mobs if you're around other non-aggroing mobs, as they can do AoE attacks.
