Lost Ark Guild System Guide

By Jessie2023-07-14

Lost Ark is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game that features a rich and diverse world, dynamic combat, and various activities for players to enjoy. One of these activities is the Guild System, which allows players to create or join a guild and participate in guild quests, research, skills, and battles. This article will explain the basics of the Guild System and how it can benefit you and your guildmates.

Introduce of Guide System

Guilds System is a group of players who share common goals, interests, and activities. Being part of a guild is not only fun and rewarding but also essential for progressing in Lost Ark. Some of the reasons why guilds matter are:

• Access to exclusive content: Some of the endgame content in Lost Ark requires a party of four or more players to enter and clear. You can always use matchmaking to join random players, but that comes with the risk of failing or wasting resources. Having a guild allows you to find reliable and skilled teammates who share your goals and playstyle.

• Access to exclusive skills: Guild skills are powerful abilities that can give you an edge in GvGs or GvEs. They are only available to guild members who have invested in Sylmael Bloodstone in research topics.

• Social interaction: Lost Ark is a game that encourages players' communication and cooperation. Being part of a guild allows you to make friends, chat, share tips, trade items, help each other, and have fun together.

• Access to exclusive rewards: You can only get Sylmael Bloodstone by being part of a guild and participating in guild activities.

Guild Currency

The main currency of the guild system is Sylmael Bloodstone. This is a valuable resource that can be exchanged for various items and materials at the guild merchant. You can get Sylmael Bloodstone by participating in guild activities, donating gold or items to the guild storage, or completing weekly quests. And the guild leader sets the distribution percentage between members, and Guild Bloodstone Storage and the minimum required Contribution to be eligible to get any Sylmael Bloodstone as a member.

Guild Contribution

Contribution is a measure of your activity and loyalty to your guild. You can earn Contribution by doing various things such as logging in daily, clearing dungeons or raids, donating gold or items, completing weekly quests, or participating in GvGs or GvEs. Contribution affects your share of Sylmael Bloodstone at the end of each week. The more Contribution you have, the more Sylmael Bloodstone you will receive.

Creating or Joining a Guild

To create or join a guild, you need to pay a fee of 2000 gold. You can join a guide by searching for existing guilds by name or browse through the list of recommended guilds. Or you can also receive invitations to join a guild. If you want to create your guild, you need to choose a name, logo, and description. You can also set the recruitment status, the minimum level requirement, and the maximum number of members for your guild.

Guild Ranks and Permissions

After joining a guild, you will have a rank that determines your permissions and responsibilities within the guild. There are four ranks: leader, deputy, officer, and member. The leader is the founder and the highest authority of the guild. The leader can assign deputies and officers, accept or reject applications, choose guild activities, use guild skills, kick members, and manage the guild settings. The deputy is the second-in-command of the guild. The deputy can do everything the leader can do except change the leader's rank. The officer is a trusted guild member who can help with recruitment and administration. The officer can accept or reject applications and use guild skills. The member is a regular guild member who can participate in guild activities and earn Contributions.

When you first join a guild, you will have a newbie rank for 3 days. During this trial period, you will have limited contribution options, you won't be able to accept any guild quests, and you won't be able to participate in GvGs or GvEs.

Guild Activities

Guild activities are the best way to earn Contribution, experience, and currency for your guild. There are several types of guild activities that you can choose from:

• Guild Quests: These are daily or weekly quests that you can accept from the guild interface or from NPCs in major cities. They involve various tasks such as killing monsters, collecting items, exploring regions, or clearing dungeons or raids. Completing these quests will reward you with Contribution, experience, and currency for yourself and your guild.

• Guild Research: This is a feature that allows you to improve your guild's level and skills by investing Sylmael Bloodstone into different research topics. There are four categories of research: combat, economy, culture, and support. Each category has several subtopics that provide different benefits, such as increasing damage, reducing costs, enhancing rewards, or unlocking new skills. You can choose which research topic to invest in depending on your guild's needs and preferences.

• Guild vs. Guild (GvG): This is a competitive mode that pits two guilds against each other in a battle for territory and resources. Each GvG lasts for 30 minutes and involves capturing and defending bases, killing enemies, and collecting resources. The winning guild will receive more Sylmael Bloodstone than the losing one.

• Guild vs Environment (GvE): This is a cooperative mode that challenges your guild to clear various stages of enemies and bosses within a time limit. Each GvE lasts for 15 minutes and involves teamwork, strategy, and coordination. The more stages you clear, the more Sylmael Bloodstone you will earn.

Guild Skills

Guild skills are special abilities that you can use in GvGs or GvEs to help your team win. They are unlocked by investing Sylmael Bloodstone into research topics under the support category. There are four types of skills: offensive, defensive, utility, and healing. Each skill has a cooldown time and an activation cost. You can use guild skills by pressing ALT + 1 to 4.

Some examples of guild skills are:

• Offensive: Fire a barrage of missiles at the enemy base, dealing damage and stunning enemies.

• Defensive: Create a shield that absorbs damage and reflects it back to the attackers.

• Utility: Summon a portal that allows you to teleport to any allied base or player.

• Healing: Restore health and mana to yourself and nearby allies.
