MmoGah Supplier Service Agreement

1. Registration and Eligibility

1. Suppliers must ensure that all registration information provided is true, complete, and accurate.

2. By registering, the supplier acknowledges and agrees to this Agreement and the MmoGah Platform Cooperation Terms. The supplier will become an active supplier only after approval by MmoGah.

2. Quotation and Supply Rules

1. Suppliers may set independent profit-sharing percentages (rates) for different games and product types.

2. A quotation becomes active only after it has been reviewed and approved by MmoGah. The system will then automatically calculate the purchase price based on the approved rate.

3. Suppliers may cancel an active quotation (e.g., stop supplying a certain game) or modify the profit-sharing rate. Any modification must be reviewed and approved before taking effect.

3. Orders and Settlement

1. The system assigns orders automatically based on the supplier’s active rates. The purchase price is calculated as Order Amount × Rate = Supplier’s Purchase Price.

2. Settlement normally occurs on the next day after an order is completed, but MmoGah reserves the right to delay payment in special circumstances.

3. If the delivery video is unclear, the system will automatically delay settlement for 15 days to prevent potential disputes.

4. If a buyer raises a dispute regarding delivery, MmoGah will review all evidence. If the delivery is deemed unsuccessful, the order may not be settled.

4. Delivery Requirements

1. Delivery videos must clearly show: the server, buyer’s in-game ID, item name, attributes, and quantity.

2. The video serves as proof of delivery. If the video is blurry, incomplete, or unclear, MmoGah may delay or reject payment.

5. Responsibilities and Violations

1. Suppliers must ensure that all goods are legitimate and comply with game policies. The sale of illegal, fraudulent, or automated (bot-related) items is strictly prohibited.

2. Suppliers are fully responsible for any losses or complaints arising from violations.

3. MmoGah reserves the right to suspend or terminate cooperation and withhold settlements if any violations occur.

6. Miscellaneous

1. This Agreement takes effect upon the supplier’s approval by MmoGah.

2. MmoGah reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement as necessary for operational or legal reasons.
