MmoGah Platform Cooperation Terms

1. Cooperation Relationship

1. MmoGah and suppliers are independent business entities. No employment, partnership, or agency relationship is established.

2. All transactions and settlements between suppliers and MmoGah are based on system records.

2. Settlement and Payment

1. Supplier earnings are calculated and displayed within the platform system.

2. Settlement normally occurs on the next day after order completion, unless delayed due to exceptional circumstances.

3. MmoGah may withhold or delay payment for any orders under dispute or without clear delivery proof.

3. Risk Disclosure

1. If a supplier fails to provide a clear delivery video or complete information, MmoGah may not be able to confirm the delivery, which can result in settlement delays or cancellations.

2. If a customer dispute is validated, the corresponding order will be treated as undelivered and not settled.

3. Repeated disputes, unclear deliveries, or policy violations may result in suspension or termination of supplier access.

4. Amendment of Terms

MmoGah reserves the right to modify these Cooperation Terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on the platform. Continued use of supplier services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
