PoE 3.27 – All Uber Bosses Kill with One Shot

Are you ready to one-shot every Uber Pinnacle boss in Path of Exile 3.27? And no, we don't mean this metaphorically, as in like dealing too much damage in two to three seconds. No, we mean literally, as in one hit, one kill with our good old ice crash slammer that uses zero legacy PoE items and is perfectly doable in League.

Although, just to be clear, this build is only designed to one-shot bosses and nothing else, which means you can't map with this thing. Now, this build is based around Facebreaker unique gloves, which greatly multiplies our base physical damage as long as we're not wielding a weapon. We also used the Seven Teachings unique chest, which grants melee unarmed attacks with all the base crit chance that they will ever need.

Ascendancy

Let's go to work, starting with our ascendency of choice. We are still a Berserker. Despite the massive nerfs that GGG dropped on this ascendancy due to the existence of this build, it is still our best option. And the one and only reason for that is Aspect of Carnage. This node grants us 40% more global damage. The downside is 10% increased damage taken, which we really don't care about since this spell is not designed for regular content anyway.

From there, every other major node available in this ascendancy is completely useless. Hence, we decided to do the unthinkable and allocated the small ascendency nodes available to take. They give 10% increased damage each, which is still better than nothing, I guess. However, there is one more reason why we went with Berserker, which will become evident once we get to the jewels section.

Tree

Now, let's quickly go over our passive tree. Our tree focuses on physical damage, attack damage, elemental damage, melee crit chance, and crit multiplier, some attributes, and jewel sockets.

Next, we got two identical large cluster jewel setups. These add some powerful attack notables like Precise Retaliation, Heavy Hitter, and Strike Leader. Next, we branch off into two identical medium thruster jewels. On these, we also have Precise Retaliation and Basics of Pain.

Finally, we have one small reservation cluster jewel that adds three nodes. One of these nodes must be Spiteful Presence, which is needed for reducing hatred reservation. The jewel itself must have a 25% increase in the effect of added smaller nodes. Having this mod allows us to use a level three enlightened gem in a state of level four in order to reduce the overall cost of this build.

Now for mastery choices. We have skills cost life in a state of 15% of mana cost, 40% increase physical damage with skills that cost life, 150% increase critical hit chance against enemies that are on full life, 10% more maximum physical damage, +25% to critical strike multiplier against unique enemies, and most importantly, the Runegraft of the Bound, which increases the effect of our gloves by 20%. This is huge because this build gets over 90% of its damage from its gloves. Hence, this runegraft grants us lots of damage.

Items

Now, let's go over items. As mentioned before, we are using Facebreakers. Non-corrupted to keep things simple. Just try to get yours as close to a perfect roll as possible. It should be cheap since this item is very common. Your second mandatory item is the Seven Teachings unique chest. Again, non-corrupted to keep things simple. We need this because by default, unarmed attacks have no base crit chance to speak of. We have to hit 100% crit chance in this build; otherwise, we cannot one-shot anything.

Now we've got the essentials sorted. Where do we get our flat physical damage? Firstly, we use Abyssus. Abyssus provides as much flat physical damage to attacks as a tier one physical damage roll on a sword. We also get lots of crit multiplier from this helmet, almost equal to the amount gained from critical damage support. This all comes with the downside of taking increased physical damage, which is irrelevant because this build is not even trying to tank anything in the first place.

Another place where we can get lots of physical damage is on the highest base amulet. You want to get a simplex amulet and spam essences of scorn on it until you hit crit multiplier with tier one flat physical damage roll.

The crafting process here is simple. The real challenge is getting the base since these only drop in heist. Don't forget to anoint your amulet with Whispers of Doom, as we are, in fact, cursing enemies before we one-shot them.

Another mandatory item to have here is a crafted Steel Ring with a tier one flat physical damage roll. We also have crit multi and crafted elemental damage with attacks. This is ideal. Hence, we copied this ring effect with Kalandra's Touch. Although it might be cheaper to craft a second ring, it depends on the market.

The last item we use that offers damage is Ryslatha's Coil. This one increases the maximum reachable physical damage and reduces the minimum. At perfect roll, this results in approximately 30% more damage to the build, as we are effectively increasing a large number and reducing a smaller one. And don't worry about damage inconsistencies since we did, in fact, go beyond the required damage needed to one-shot Uber bosses in this build.

The next mandatory item is the Lycosidae Shield. We only use this one because it makes enemies unable to evade our attacks, effectively setting our hit chance to 100%. This allows us to redistribute accuracy nodes that we have invested in our passive tree into other ones that provide more damage.

Now, last but not least, we got Ralakesh's Impatience boots with either frenzy or power charge mod. It depends on what you crafted on your amulet. If you had power charges there, then get boots with frenzy charges instead.

Gems

Now moving on to our gems. For our main six-link setup, we have Ice Crash, Awakened Melee Physical Damage, Awakened Elemental Damage with Attacks, Awakened Elemental Focus, Pulverize, and Ruthless.

Next, we got our primary aura setup. In it, we have Hatred, Level One Precision, Herald of Purity, and Level Three Enlighten.

Next, we got another four-link reservation setup. We have Skitterbots, Awakened Unbound Elements, Bone Chill, and another level three enlightened gem.

Next, we have a four-link damage support setup. We got Intimidating Cry, Elemental Weakness, Frostbite, and Life Tab.

Finally, for our three-link setup that goes in our shield, we have Blood and Sand, which is always left on blood stance, Arrogance, and Portal.

Jewels

Firstly, for our Watcher's Eye, we got cold penetration while affected by hatred and increased attack damage while affected by precision.

Next, we got one Forbidden Flame and one Forbidden Flesh jewel. Both of these must mention TuKohama War's Herald ascendency node, which will grant us level 30 Fist of War support at no downside.

Next, we got an impossible escape jewel that specifically mentions the unwavering stance keystone. We need this because we are also using an Elegant Hubris Timeless Jewel that has been placed next to that keystone. This one changes notables within range into ones that provide powerful bonuses, such as 80% increased melee physical damage and 80% increased cold damage with attacks. An impossible escape allows you to allocate these notables directly.

Now, any remaining jewel socket you have left should be either filled with a normal rare jewel with as much crit multiplier as this one or an abyss jewel with flat physical damage and global crit multiplier.

Combo Steps

Now, let's quickly review our combo steps, which have been heavily simplified since our last discussion. Firstly, we need to prepare a ruthless hit by hitting the ground twice before approaching the boss.

Next, we want to use an intimidating cry and activate our movement flask to kite the boss while dropping our curses on it.

Finally, we mash the rest of our flasks and one-shot the boss. Just make sure to wait around 4 seconds before one-shotting an Uber boss since these start the fight with 90% damage reduction that decays over time.
