In Overwatch, you can control one of 21 heroes in competitive 6v6 team shooting matches, each hero character owns unique abilities and role classes. Players can switch between characters in the game.
1. There are four styles of characters in Overwatch: Offense, Defense, Tank, and Support. These roles serve to categorize the heroes by similar characteristics and play style.
Offense characters have high mobility and ability to deal with large amounts of damage, but they have low defense and hit points.
Defense characters are good at controlling battlefield, interrupting enemies' attack and protecting specific locations. Their task is to block enemies to go forward.
Tank characters have a large number of armors and hit points to withstand enemies' attacks and draw fire away from teammates.
Support characters have abilities to enhance their own team. They might not deal with the damage or have the high hit points, but they can provide the buffs to ensure their teammates who make short work of their opponents.
In Overwatch, heroes do battle in diverse locations around the world. From the technological marvel of Numbani to the manufacturing power of Volskaya, each map has a unique layout, and your team must meet specific win condition that your team must meet in order to secure victory.
3. There are four main game modes can play your role, including: Assault, Escort, Control and a hybrid of Assault/Escort.
Assault: The attacking team is responsible for capturing a series of target points on the map. Defenders hold them off until time runs out.
Escort: The attacking team is responsible for escorting a payload along a fixed track to a delivery point before time runs out, while the defending team try to stop them.
Control: Each team tries to capture and maintain a control point until their capture reaches 100%. This game mode is played in a best of three formats.
Assault/Escort: The attacking team has to capture the payload and escort it to its destination, while the defending team tries to hold them back.
4. Health and Death
Health can be recovered by collecting health packs that are found in fixed locations throughout each map, or by certain heroes' abilities (especially Support heroes). When a hero's Health is reduced to zero, it means he/she is dead, but he/she will respawn shortly. When you are waiting for a dead teammate to respawn, your team is at a disadvantage, so try your best to keep them (and yourself) alive!
In addition to Health, heroes can receive shields and armor that boost their survivability, which can absorb damage.
5. Ending a match
When one team fulfills the demand of a map, the team will win and the match will be over. All players will find out everyone's contribution and vote on the most valuable players, then give feedback on the match.
From the above information, I am sure that you are anxious to play Overwatch. This game is challenging, and it demands a high technique to finish the match, which will spend your much energy. If you do not have enough energy to boost your technique, you can ask a professional Overwatch power leveling site for help, which can speed your Overwatch power rankings.
