In the 0.3 Update of Path of Exile 2, Fleshpierce has become one of the top specters to use, thanks to the Haste Aura bonus. In this guide, KingPinUwU shows you a new way to get the Fleshpierce and Bloodgulp Companions.

Equip the Tame Beast Skill
To get the companion, ensure you have the Tame Beast skill equipped, which allows you to capture a Beast-Type Rare monster on the field and turn it into a Companion Gem. After you equip the Tame Beast Skill Gem and place it on your skill bar, when you hover over any Rare monster, you will see its monster type below its health bar, along with the various modifiers that monster has.
Locate Fleshpierce and Bloodgulp
The farming spot is located in the northern part of the town within the "The Khari Crossing" map of the Interlude Act. Here, you will find a merchant, a checkpoint, and two flying mosquitoes. When you arrive, be sure not to kill the mosquitoes first, and avoid dying. After your visit, simply click "Escape" and then select "Respawn at Checkpoint."
Two flying mosquitoes will be right in front of you. One of them is Fleshpierce. It always has a hidden "Haste Aura" modifier, which is superior to the normal Haste Aura modifier. It gives you +25% all speed boost instead of a +10% move speed, +20% attack speed, and +20% cast speed. You can't see it below its HP bar, as it's hidden. But it always has that hidden Haste Aura.
The other one, Bloodgulp, is the same. But it has +40% increased global Physical Damage Aura instead. Choose whatever you prefer and just keep respawning at the checkpoint till you get the extra modifiers you want.
Capture the Companions
Once you've identified Fleshpierce or Bloodgulp with the modifiers you want, use the Tame Beast skill to capture them. The time required to capture depends on your skill gem level and the support gems you've equipped. Be sure to act quickly within the designated time frame to secure your new companion.
