Camping Blueprints in WoW Forever unlock advanced features for the Camping system, including crafting stations, repair services, and gathering utilities. Each Blueprint serves a different purpose and may require a specific profession skill to use.

This guide lists known Blueprint locations, the bosses that drop them, their profession requirements, and the features they unlock. You'll also find practical tips for farming specific Blueprints and checking the requirements before using them.

Note: Blueprint drop locations are based on Beta data and may change at launch. Verify drops in-game after release.

These Blueprints do different jobs. Some unlock crafting workstations, while others provide services or resource-related benefits. Before choosing a dungeon to farm, identify the feature you actually need instead of chasing whichever Blueprint appears most interesting.

2. Which Blueprints Are Worth Farming First?

Your first target should depend on your profession, current level, and how often you use Camping.

⚒️ Blacksmithing: Blueprint - Anvil

Drop target: Gilnid in The Deadmines.

The Anvil unlocks Blacksmithing recipes that require an Anvil. It is a practical target if you are developing Blacksmithing and have identified recipes that cannot be crafted using your current setup.

Before farming, open your Blacksmithing profession window and check the recipes you want to make. Confirm their skill requirements and workstation requirements, so you know whether unlocking the Anvil will actually help your progression.

The Anvil is the intermediate Camping feature; the advanced Master Forge has a separate Blueprint whose source is currently unconfirmed in the documented guide.

⚗️ Alchemy: Blueprint - Fermenter

Drop target: Rath'mael in Ruins of Lordaeron.

The Fermenter allows you to create Alchemy reagents that require this facility. It is useful when your crafting plans depend on recipes that specifically need a Fermenter.

Check your intended recipes before farming. If your current Alchemy progression does not require the facility, you may gain more from leveling your profession or collecting the necessary materials first.

The Alchemy Laboratory is a separate advanced feature for recipes requiring an Alchemy Lab, including certain Flasks. Its Blueprint source is currently unknown.

🔧 Engineering: Blueprint - Repair Bot

Drop target: Sneed in The Deadmines.

The Repair Bot adds repair functionality to the Engineering camp vendor. This can be useful when running repeated dungeons or spending extended periods away from a major city.

Unlike a crafting workstation, its primary benefit is convenience. Consider prioritizing it if repairs regularly interrupt your dungeon runs, but do not assume that unlocking it makes every campsite capable of providing repairs automatically.

🌿 Herbalism and ⛏️ Mining: Blueprint - Greenhouse and Rock Garden

Drop targets:

Greenhouse: Shadetooth in Excavation Site: Wetlands.

Rock Garden: Relic Guardian in Excavation Site: Wetlands.

The Greenhouse grows herbs that can be collected over time, while the Rock Garden generates common Mining nodes over time.

These features are worth investigating if you frequently use gathering professions. However, they are not guaranteed sources of immediate profit. Their value depends on the resources generated, how often you return to the campsite, and the current demand for those materials.

3. How to Farm a Specific Blueprint Efficiently

Use this process before committing to repeated dungeon runs.

Step 1: Confirm the exact Blueprint

Search for the full item name and verify its documented boss source. Similar profession items may unlock different features, so do not rely on the profession name alone.

Step 2: Check your profession skill

The Blueprints listed above belong to the 140-skill tier. Make sure your profession is sufficiently advanced to use the feature after learning the recipe. A Blueprint does not replace the profession-skill requirement.

Step 3: Prepare the right dungeon group

Choose a group that can reach the target boss reliably. Explain the target before starting so everyone understands whether the objective is a specific boss drop, a quest, or a full dungeon clear.

Step 4: Follow the shortest practical route

Avoid clearing optional bosses and unnecessary packs when they do not help you reach your target. If the boss is near the end of the instance, make sure the group is prepared for the full route.

Step 5: Check the loot after the kill

Look for the exact Blueprint name. If it drops, verify its item restrictions and confirm who should receive it before continuing.

Step 6: Decide whether to repeat the run

Blueprint drops are not guaranteed. If the item does not appear, you may need another attempt. No fixed number of runs can guarantee success, so balance farming against your other leveling and profession goals. If you'd rather spend less time on leveling and focus on other in-game goals, explore our WoW Forever Boosting service for available leveling options.

4. What Do You Need to Craft After Unlocking a Blueprint?

Learning a Blueprint and gathering the materials for a recipe are separate tasks. A Blueprint unlocks a crafting feature; it does not automatically provide all the ingredients required by recipes that use it.

Before purchasing materials, follow these checks:

Learn the Blueprint. Confirm that the recipe has been learned by the intended character.

Check the profession requirement. Verify the skill level needed to use the resulting feature or recipe.

Identify the required workstation. For example, the Anvil and Fermenter unlock different types of crafting access.

Inspect the recipe tooltip. Record each required material and the quantity shown in-game.

Gather or purchase the materials. Compare the cost of gathering with the current Auction House price.

Test the campsite. Place or access the unlocked feature and verify that the intended recipe is available before collecting a large stock of materials.

To better understand each profession's benefits and choose one that fits your goals, see our WoW Forever best professions for gold and leveling guide.

Material requirements should be verified recipe by recipe. The documented Blueprint drop list does not provide a complete, verified bill of materials for every recipe unlocked by these features, so this guide does not invent material quantities.

5. What About the Skill 300 Blueprints?

The advanced Camping system has another tier at 300 profession skill. These features can provide more specialized crafting stations and utilities.

Profession

Skill 300 Feature

Alchemy

Alchemy Laboratory

Blacksmithing

Master Forge

Enchanting

Arcane Forge

Engineering

Anarchist's Workbench

Herbalism

Seed Hybridizer

Leatherworking

Sewing Machine

Mining

Molten Foundry

Skinning

Trapper's Workbench

Plague Doctor's Laboratory

Fishing

Fishing Hut

Do not assume these Blueprints drop from the same boss as their 140-skill counterparts. Until reliable sources confirm their locations, focus on the known intermediate-tier Blueprints or continue progressing your profession while checking updated game information.

6. Can You Trade or Sell Camping Blueprints?

Check the individual item's tooltip before attempting to trade a Blueprint. Blueprint recipes, learned recipes, and the crafted Camping feature items are not necessarily subject to the same restrictions.

Camping feature items can be traded or sold in supported circumstances, but placing one at a campsite still requires the appropriate profession skill. A player who owns a feature item cannot automatically use it without meeting the applicable requirements.

If you are considering buying a Blueprint, compare its price with the time and cost of farming the relevant boss. If you prefer to farm it yourself, remember that the run may also provide equipment, materials, and other loot, but none of those rewards guarantees a Blueprint drop.

Final Tips

Prioritize Blueprints that support your main profession or unlock recipes you plan to craft. Check updated drop information after launch, as some Blueprint sources remain unconfirmed.
