Diablo 4 Season 13 is entering its final stretch, and many players are now focused on one goal: finishing their builds before Season 14 arrives. At this stage, small upgrades matter less than getting the Mythic Uniques that can fully unlock an endgame setup before the seasonal reset.
Items such as Heir of Perdition, Melted Heart of Selig, Tyrael's Might, and other Mythic Uniques can greatly improve damage, survivability, resource management, or build consistency. If you still have missing pieces, Season 13 gives you several ways to chase them, from Lair Boss farming and Tree of Whispers rewards to Kurast Undercity tributes and targeted crafting with Resplendent Sparks and Runes.

Method 1: Farm Lair Bosses and Stronger Boss Chains
Lair Bosses are one of the most direct ways to farm Mythic Uniques in Season 13. If your build can already clear Torment content efficiently, boss farming should be one of your main late-season priorities.
The Butcher is one of the higher-value Lair Boss targets in Season 13, especially if you can trigger stronger boss chains through War Plan nodes. Regular Lair Bosses are still useful too. For example, The Beast in Ice in Glacial Fissure can also drop Diablo 4 Mythic Uniques, so do not ignore regular boss routes if you already have the keys prepared.
Before starting, make sure you have enough boss keys. Regular boss keys can come from Kurast Undercity, War Plans, Helltide, World Bosses, and Tree of Whispers. Stronger boss keys can usually be obtained by farming regular bosses and opening their reward chests.
Your War Plan setup is also important. In the Lair Boss section, Rune Hoard and Abundant Hoard can improve boss rewards, while Powerful Nemesis and Ultimate Nemesis can create red portal boss chains. These portals lead to extra encounters and more reward chests, giving you additional chances at Mythic Uniques from a single farming loop.
For players with a fast boss-killing build, Lair Boss farming is one of the best ways to turn stored keys into real endgame upgrades.
Method 2: Use Tree of Whispers as a Support Farm
Tree of Whispers is not the most reliable direct Mythic Unique farm, but it is still worth doing because it supports several other routes.
Whisper caches can provide materials, tribute-related rewards, and extra resources for boss or Undercity farming. With the War Plan node Glorious Favor, regional caches can also have a chance to provide Resplendent Sparks, which are needed for Mythic Unique crafting.
Tree of Whispers may also reward valuable tributes. If you are lucky enough to get a Mythic Tribute of Armaments, you can use it in Kurast Undercity for a much stronger Mythic Unique farming attempt.
Because of its randomness, Tree of Whispers should not be your only farming method. Treat it as a support route while rotating through Helltides, boss farming, Season Journey objectives, and Kurast Undercity.
Method 3: Run Kurast Undercity with Mythic Tribute of Armaments
Kurast Undercity can become one of the strongest advanced Mythic Unique farming routes when combined with Mythic Tribute of Armaments. This method requires more setup than boss farming, but the reward potential is much better if your build can clear quickly.
Tribute of Armaments can be upgraded into higher-tier versions, but the tributes must match. You cannot mix Tribute of Armaments with Tribute of Refinement or other tribute categories to upgrade them. If you want to build toward a Mythic Tribute of Armaments, make sure you combine the same tribute type.
Before using a Mythic Tribute, check your War Plan setup. Nodes such as Endless Swarm and Sewerage can create extra portal events when you light beacons inside Kurast Undercity. Closing these portals can add more final reward chests, which makes your Mythic Tribute run much more valuable.
Torment 10 or higher is recommended, while Torment 12 is best if your build can clear it comfortably. If Torment 12 is too slow or risky, drop to Torment 11 or Torment 10. A clean and fast clear is better than wasting a valuable tribute.

Method 4: Craft the Exact Mythic Unique You Want
If boss farming, Whispers, and Undercity runs still do not give you the item you need, crafting is the most reliable backup plan.
The first step is collecting Resplendent Sparks. You can get them by salvaging unwanted Mythic Uniques at the Blacksmith. Season Journey rewards can also provide Sparks, so it is worth pushing the later stages before the season ends.
There are two main ways to use Resplendent Sparks. The Blacksmith offers a random Mythic Unique cache, which is useful if you are missing many Mythic Uniques and would accept several possible results. However, if you only need one specific item, targeted crafting at the Jeweler is the better choice.
Targeted crafting requires Sparks and the correct Rune recipe. For example, if you want to craft Heir of Perdition, check its exact recipe at the Jeweler before spending any Runes. Most recipes require a mix of Legendary, Rare, and Magic Runes, and the correct Legendary Rune is often the main bottleneck.
The Horadric Cube can help you create or convert Runes, but be careful. Always check the recipe for your target Mythic Unique first. Do not accidentally consume the Runes you need for the final craft.
If you are short on Legendary Runes, Kurast Undercity with Tribute of Harmony is a good farming option. Even if you do not get the Mythic Unique you want directly, Sparks and Runes will still move you closer to crafting it.

Final Farming Plan Before Season 14
Season 13 is almost over, but there is still enough time to finish a build if you farm with a clear plan. Lair Bosses give you direct Mythic Unique chances, Tree of Whispers supports your resource flow, Kurast Undercity gives high-value tribute runs, and targeted crafting gives you the best chance to get the exact Mythic Unique you want.
If your goal is to complete one last strong build before Season 14, focus on methods that give both direct drops and crafting progress. That way, even bad RNG can still move you closer to your final Mythic Unique.
