Path of Exile 2.0.3 has officially arrived, bringing many exciting updates and changes that will shake up the way we approach the endgame. This patch introduces fresh mechanics, balance adjustments, and brand-new content, creating opportunities for optimization and strategy. With these changes in mind, staying ahead of the curve and adapting your farming strategies is more important than ever.

In this guide, we’ll dive deep into an effective endgame map juicing strategy—covering how to maximize the value of your maps, fine-tune your tower setups, select the best tablets, and identify key map features to get the most out of your farming efforts. Whether you’re new to map juicing or looking to refine your approach, this guide will give you the tools to boost your loot and profits. Let’s jump in!

Map Rolling

For map rolling, you’ll want to use three Paranoias and six-mod maps. Paranoias give you 15% increased rarity each, so with three of them, you get 45% more rarity in your maps. This is huge, as loot primarily drops from rare monsters and bosses. After that, make sure every map has at least six modifiers, whether you craft with Regals and Exalts or use Alchemy and Double Exalts. More mods mean more rarity, pack size, and rare monsters.

The next step is corrupting your maps to reach eight mods for additional bonuses or using the new Omen of Chaotic. This Omen guarantees 100% rarity when you Chaos the map, making all modifiers grant rarity. This results in better loot, Uniques, and higher-quality currency like perfect Exalts and perfect Chaos Orbs in  PoE 2, which are extremely valuable. Corruption is cheaper, while the Omen is expensive but powerful. You can choose either the Omen or the Corruption, or even mix and match, depending on the natural rarity of the map. If a map is naturally of high rarity, you can run it normally and corrupt it. If a map has very low rarity, you can use the Omen to increase its rarity to a high level.

Tower Setup

There are two important tower setups: the first is the two-tower overlap in a Cleanse Zone. A Cleanse Zone is created when you complete a Corrupted Nexus. Once you finish this Corrupted Nexus, all the maps around it become cleansed, and cleansed monsters drop significantly more currency.

Two-tower

The second setup is the three-tower configuration, which does not involve a Corruption or Cleanse Zone. This setup grants 50% more tablets, which translates to 50% more quant.

Three-tower

Both setups are optimal, and you can also add Citadels around your towers for additional value.

Tablets Setup

Tablets are extremely important, especially in three-tower overlaps. You want 5–7% quant tablets on each map, ideally 6–7%. Always include breach tablets, as just one breach spreads to surrounding maps. If you can clear Expedition tablets within 10 or 20 seconds, you’ll usually get quite good loot. Additionally, use one or two boss tablets and one precursor tablet to add +1 zone levels, which is excellent for farming, crafting bases, and maximizing profit.

Another useful mod to look for is quant, followed by additional rares. Even less useful tablets become worthwhile if they provide quant.

Travel Maps

For travel maps, you can still use six-mod maps, especially free Delirium maps. With the Atlas node “Get Out of My Head,” all maps have a 20% chance to drop with a random Delirium modifier, which can be very profitable. You can run these maps the same way you would regular juiced maps. Another powerful option is the Grand Project, which lets you access any map within its circle without connections—perfect for skipping across the Atlas to new Cleanse Zones. It costs around 30 Exalts but saves a ton of time.

Get Out of My Head

Current Atlas Tree

The Atlas tree focuses heavily on tablet effect nodes since they’re the only way to scale quant on maps. More tablet effect equals more quant, which equals more loot. You can also take rare monster nodes since rares are the main loot source, as well as some quant nodes. After that, it’s flexible—you can take strongbox nodes for Divines, map effect nodes, essence, or shrines depending on your build strength. Unstable Energies is very strong this patch because every modifier now increases rarity.

Atlas Tree

Currently, you can skip Expedition and Ritual since they’re bugged. For now, focus on Breach and Delirium since they work consistently. Boss tablets are also very valuable, especially with nodes that add extra effects to them.
