The Path of Exile team is currently finishing work on the 3.5.0d update. Alongside several bug fixes, this patch includes improvements to Delve and Betrayal content. This weekend, December 07, 2018, PoE released Path of Exile: Betrayal, the largest expansion of 2018. In tomorrow's Content Update 3.3.1, Grinding Gear Games is adding two new Incursion rooms: Torment Cells and Strongbox Chamber. You will be able to encounter these Incursion rooms just like any other room and they can be upgraded as usual. Torment Cells upgrades to Torture Cages. Strongbox Chamber upgrades to Hall of Locks, then Court of Sealed Death.
