YouTuber Miguel "Gator" Lazada released a video showing off the top-rated players on all but three of the teams in Madden NFL 19. The Green Bay Packers' Aaron Rodgers, Pittsburgh Steelers' Antonio Brown and Los Angeles Rams' Aaron Donald were the only players to receive a 99 overall rating.

Brady has slipped to 97. Only Donald returns to the 99 Rating with which he finished in Madden NFL 18; Rob Gronkowski and J.J. Watt no longer have ratings of 99. However, as Gator points out in the video, these ratings are subject to change, and per the EA official Twitter account, some of them are unofficial.
Also, the video doesn't include the ratings for the Chicago Bears, Cleveland Browns, Buffalo Bills or Cincinnati Bengals. However, Gator does show the top-rated overall players toward the end of the video which does include a few players from those teams.
Some ratings that stood out were Andrew Luck (86), Cam Newton (82) and Travis Kelce (83). Those marks seem low, but they could be attributed to the new scheme fit system that alters player ratings according to the system their head coaches run. Expect to see the official information on player ratings begin to roll out in July.
