On November 7, NCsoft announced at an NCSoft media event that the company is working on a follow-up to Blade and Soul for 2018.

A teaser for Blade and Soul 2 was shown at the event. It’s a quite short clip that shows a western desert environment with some large dragon or dinosaur skeletons and a small party of adventurers walking under an arch.

Unlike the original game, the sequel to Blade and Soul will be a mobile only title, and be different than Blade & Soul M, which is odd because BNS M is being led by the same people who made original BNS. You'd think those same people would be working on the sequel.
NCSoft stated that BNS 2 is "fully completed" and is scheduled to launch in 2018. The company didn’t give other details, some people suspect that if the game is fully completed it should be launching in the first half of 2018.
