Monday - Thursday 1-2 pm BST and 4.30 - 6.30 pm BST instant

Any other time not included from 9 am-6 pm BST but not instant but up to 10 mins

Friday 1-2 pm BST and 3.30-6.30pm BST instant any other time between 9 am-6 pm BST 10 mins max. Weekend is not firm so I cannot promise a time.

There is a small chance I won't be on at these times if things don't go well but I will try my best.
