Q: How will my character receive the gold?
A:We offer the safest and most secure methods of gold delivery. Your character can either meet us in game to do a face to face trade. If you prefer a specific method of delivery just contact us and we will be glad to follow your method.
Q: My character name has Extended Ascii Characters (ex: À how do I receive my gold?)
A: Due to past scams involving characters names with these types of letters we prefer that you contact live support on finalizing your order. This guarantees the correct character receives their gold.

Q: How long does it take for my character to receive the gold?
A: You will receive the gold in as short as 5 minutes at one go or as long as 24-hour in several batches after your credit card or PayPal payment is confirmed and cleared. Therefore, if you do not see your gold in 24 hours after confirmation and verification, please contact us through Live Chat Support immediately.
Q: I never received any information about my order?
A: We send out order confirmations to the email you provide. If there is any reason the order is held we will also email you the status. Please check your spam/junk folder for any information about your order if not found in your mailbox.
